    Require careful use

They work OK for the intended purpose but they do not like misalignment. When closing cabinets that use these latches just gently "slam" the door. Do not hold the handle when pushing door closed because any downward(or upward) pressure on the door will cause latch misalignment and destruction of the grabber catch mechanism. I purchased them because I could not find any other product to replace them.
Also it seems that during original assembly care was not taken to install the latches so that they mated perfectly. I discovered this when I was replacing broken latches. Requires some skill.

    Replacement Grabber Latch

I needed replacement latches for my cabinet and these were a perfect fix with no hassles. I recommend them as they hold the cabinets closed tightly.
